In The Netherlands, Justitia et Pax comprises the Justitia et Pax Commission and a separate bureau. The bureau operates as an independent organisation.
 
The Justitia et Pax Commission is a platform of representatives of Catholic organisations and sectors, which monitors the bureau’s implementation policy.
